Previously, I released a series of professional-related articles and labeled them “Black Folk Edition.” I labeled those articles that way because Black folk are entering professions where we have not been historically well-represented. We are also running into difficult personalities that we may not have the tools to handle. Honestly, everybody is running into egotistical narcissists on the job these days. That knows no race. As the common adage now goes, “People don’t leave good jobs: they leave bad management.”

Recently, I jumped down a documentary rabbit hole. In the past few months, I have watched a docuseries called, The Dark Side of Playboy. Boy, was that a revelation! And I have been obsessed with Keith Raniere and the NXIVM cult since those allegations broke about a decade ago. I watch and read just about everything connected with the bizarre case. I followed the docuseries on HBO and watched another A&E special on it.
